Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nursension (the "Service"), operated by Enlightened Informatics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Nursension mobile application and website, including learners, evaluators, and administrators.

Nursension is an AI-powered voice interview practice platform designed for nursing and healthcare professionals. The Service provides:

• AI-powered voice practice sessions with simulated interview scenarios.
• Automated evaluation and feedback on practice performance.
• Session recording, transcription, and review capabilities.
• Professional development resources for career advancement.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Maintain only one account per person.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Nursension offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
• A free tier with limited features is available to all registered users.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload, transmit, or share any content that is offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service, including all content, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, rubrics, branding, and software, is the property of Enlightened Informatics and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your recordings and content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Nursension is a professional development and practice tool.

• The Service does not provide medical advice, clinical recommendations, or nursing diagnoses.
• AI-generated evaluations and feedback are for practice purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional assessments.
• Use of the Service does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific career outcome.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enlightened Informatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@enlightenedinformatics.com.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
